That Minutes ECCBAC 2-2025, being the minutes of the Environment, Climate Change and Biodiversity Advisory Committee meeting held on March 7, 2025, BE ADOPTED, as presented.

WHEREAS City Council passed Memorandum CL-C 39-2024 at their meeting on October 1, 2024, directing staff to work with the Environment, Climate Change and Biodiversity Advisory Committee (ECCBAC) on the Greening Thorold initiative and to work with the Committee on implementing recommendations; The ECCBAC RECOMMENDS that City Council adopt the following resolution: 1. That Council DIRECT staff to continue working with the ECCBAC on the Greening Thorold initiative regarding reviewing and updating the existing City approved tree and plant lists; and 2. That Council DIRECT staff to report back to Council with updated tree and plant lists, once they have been finalized.
