That the Environmental, Climate Change and Biodiversity Advisory Committee RECOMMENDS to City Council that the City of Thorold staff report template BE AMENDED to include a section titled “Environmental, Climate Change, Biodiversity, and Sustainability” for all future reports to ensure all issues associated with these topics are being considered by the City of Thorold in its recommendations to Council, and any of its proposed plans.
