That the Environment, Climate Change & Biodiversity Advisory Committee RECOMMENDS the following: 1. That Council DIRECT staff to refer citizen feedback from the Public Information Centre held on July 12, 2023, for Council’s review; and 2. That Council DIRECT staff to take the necessary steps to complete an Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed site of the off-leash dog park.
