WHEREAS, the Community Market serves as a platform for local businesses, entrepreneurs, and artisans to showcase their products, contributing to the economics growth and development of Thorold; and WHEREAS it is desirable to apply for a special event permit from the AGCO, to allow local wineries, breweries and distillers to showcase their own products to market customers. Thorold City Council Minutes CL 17-2023 June 28, 2023 Page 3 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Thorold enact as follows: 1. That the Thorold Community Market, being held on the following Wednesday evenings (June 28, July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 2, August 9, August 16, August 23, August 30, September 6, September 13, September 20, September 27, October 4, and October 11) from 5 until 9 p.m., at the Battle of Beaverdams Park, BE DECLARED a Municipally Significant Event.
