That Council DIRECT staff to review the Environment, Climate Change and Biodiversity Advisory Committee’s (ECCBAC) Greening Thorold initiative; That Council DIRECT staff to work with the Committee on implementing the recommendations; and That Council DIRECT staff to consider these initiatives in the 2025 budget process.
