That the Darlene Ryan Port Robinson Community Centre Board of Management APPROVES the use of the centre by the Thorold Community Activities Group (TCAG) for a no cost use of the space for the proposed programming under the two year grant, and that the TCAG will incur responsibility for general cleaning and opening and closing duties, in coordination with the City of Thorold.
